  International customers are responsible for any duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by their country.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, while international deliveries are handled by Australia Post and its overseas postal partners.

3.2 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

3.3 Shipping Fees (Australia)

• Australian shipping fees range from AUD $4.49 up to $11.50, depending on order size and delivery location.

• Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over AUD $40.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3.4 Risk & Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, The Shopee Corner is not liable for delivery delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Re-delivery costs caused by incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7–30 days of receipt

• Proof of purchase and proof of return are provided
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
In these cases, The Shopee Corner will cover return shipping costs.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

4.4 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, personalised items, undergarments, and sanitary products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.
